Safety equipment should always be a top priority. In our shop you either comply or you get sent home. We coach you the first time with a written reminder. The second time you grab your tools and go home. It's as simple as that. Can you imagine the pain and suffering this guy went through, just because he forgot to wear safety glasses.
I have viewed many tv applications where the companies, tradesmen, and property owners operate noisy equipment without listening to security. They tear apart walls and demolish interior categories without dirt masks, safety gloves, or experience security.
